I have currently worked with an exotic automotive dealership for two years and feel I’m getting paid in peanuts–just under $10/hr. I know cost of living is cheaper in the midwest, but not this much. I’m college educated, have several qualifying skills and have proven myself a team player time and again. Should I stick with this? Will the pay get better? Or am I just whining?
