December 12th, 2011

Singapore, Singapore (PRWEB) August 18, 2011

The newest gym in the city and likely to remain a catchy name, physical abuse. Series of fuchsia your logo screams fun and funky. The staff are friendly and they do not hard sell, even though they are working really hard to win their loyalty. And fit and fab trainers do not look like gorillas and spandex. This is not all that’s surprising about this exercise very little hangout.

First, about that name. Physical violence is sneakily using your abdominal muscles. Toh Chun Meng, sports hall sports director, explained: We wanted to divert from the usual sports titles, which often use words such as fitness and gym. Physical violence is actually a play on words is the use of Ab, as well as the use of ABS. Almost all forms of exercises work the core muscles, after all.

Another pleasant surprise is the location of physical abuse, he has a great address on Orchard Road and Shenton Way Belt, is still almost as much, at least 2 Havelock Road (2h), # 01-28/29 Singapore 059 763rd Clarke Quay MRT station is next door, so they are easily accessible by train, bus and taxi. For heads of Shenton Way area, a few minutes walk from the office of a great pre-workout warm-up.

more surprises are in store Fitness enthusiasts looking to add a little spice to your exercise routine. Physical violence offers a fresh and exciting range of traditional and non-traditional fitness classes and equipment, including weight training, suspension training, kickboxing, Pilates, Zumba and vibration training.

Who

Zumba, you’re wondering? Sports Director Toh Chun Meng fill in the gaps: Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness program that combines the most popular international musical form of the suitability of a country which is very fun and addictive. Instead of the usual counting reps through music, Zumba is focused on hiring the music move you.

other non-traditional fitness offers no physical violence is vibration training. For the uninitiated, vibration training technology-driven measures to speed up fat burning. It centers around the Fitvibe machine, which sends high-frequency vibrations pulsing through your body from the ground up. This speeds up the nutrients and energy for muscle transportation and fire up metabolism. It also helps break down cellulite and helps break down of fat removal. What’s not to?

for? RK to physical violence is still remarkably ugly club. Rest of the reception they feel you’re still chilling at a bar or a chic inner city apartment. In addition, changing and shower rooms are spacious and tastefully designed.

Probably the biggest surprise of all is the feel-good happy vibe that permeates the entire gym. Maybe its all that physical exertion levels of serotonin in the air, but everyone wears a smile. Physical abuse, and a member of the reigning Mrs. Singapore, Wen Ling Yuan, said that at all. Since then, I started working out with Edmund, I’ve fallen in love with exercise

Edmund Tan, operations director of physical abuse and a personal trainer. In his own words. Should be the priority if you want to get more fun and pizzazz to your life

alls said and done, the physical abuse may be quite possibly the most welcoming gym in the city. As its slogan promises, you’ll fit right in. After a few weeks working on Fitvibe, and shaking his booty in excess Zumba class, you’ll be sure to fit right into the too tight jeans, you were thrown from the brink.
